scam warning

Somebody on internet pretends to be me, and a house owner - and want people to send money in advance for not existing flats in Germany.

I am not a house owner, and I have no flats or apartments for rental in Germany or elsewhere.

Here is a copy of a scam report I sent to NSA a few days ago:

Subject: Can you track an IP-number and catch a scammer?

Hi!

It would be very helpful for me if you could send me an e-mail and tell me from what IP-number and device-ip-number this mail address was created, and where he was - or is - situaded when using this address:

larslennart@eprivatesea.com

He earlier used the mail addresses

larslennart8@gmail.com

and

larslennart@privbox.online

and he has used the following german phone number:

01787572269

Somebody on internet pretends to be me, and a house owner - and want people to send money in advance for not existing flats in Germany.

I am not a house owner, and I have no flats or apartments for rental in Germany or elsewhere.

I copy-paste a mail I got from a potential fraud victim - please scroll down to the buttom to find the beginning of the communication, then scroll up step by step to find next and next mail.

Friendly greetings from Lars.

Hi!

It is a scam, somebody is using my name and id.

Could you please phone the police and report the scam?

My id and photos come from internet.

If you go to Google Images Search and search for passport, driving licence, id-card and so on you get millions of search results - because millions of people have uploaded a copy of their driving license, id card, passport and so on to their homepage or website, their blog, facebook, twitter, instagram, tagged and you-name-it.

If somebody wants a photo of somebody elses passport or driving license it takes just a few seconds to find millions of passports, id-cards and driving licenses on Google.

When somebody gets a new passport or driving license it is - in fact - rather common to load it up to facebook, blogger, wordpress and so on.

To remove one out of fifty million passports on internet would not prevent people from finding a photo of a passport on the web if they want to make a scam or a fraud.

But an e-mail has an IP-number that reveals where it comes from, the police can always detect where it was sent from.

The device he used to sent it also has an individual ip-number.

And - never send money in advance for anything to anyone.

At least 90% of everything you can rent or buy on internet is fraud.

Only use physic shops and Wohnungsamt!

Frienly greetings from

Lars.

Hallo Frau Sanae Serghini,

Thank you for your message!

If you are sure you want to rent the flat, I could come to Germany within two weeks(25.01-31.01). Anyway, I've thought about it and I need some protection. You have to understand that I am a very busy person, working a lot, and to complete the deal I have to take 2 days off from my job, pay more than 500,- for flight tickets and so on.

Before I buy the flight tickets I must be sure that you will be there. I've searched on internet and the best sollution is to use Airbnb platform to complete the rental deal. They provide safe sollution such for the owner and the tenants( https://www.airbnb.com/trust ). I could post the flat on Airbnb and send you the link where you can book it. Airbnb, Inc. provides an online platform that connects hosts who have accommodations to rent with guests seeking to rent such accommodations. The first payment you have to make to Airbnb would be 1.600,-(2 months of rent + 2 months as security deposit-'kaution').

As soon as you will complete the payment to Airbnb, I will buy the flight tickets according to your time and come to Germany. We will meet and you will see the flat. Airbnb will hold the money, so if you decide to rent it you will communicate your decision to Airbnb and they will pay me. If you don't want to move, Airbnb will return you the full amount, so you will loose nothing from this.

We will use Airbnb platform only this time. The next payment will be done monthly to my personal bank account. If you agree with my proposal please send me the following information: complete name, address, phone number and a copy of your id card(optional).

Please let me know if you agree with my proposal. In attachment you can find a copy of my passport so you can see I am serious person.

I will be waiting for your message,

Lars Lennart Fjeldstrøm

Hallo Frau Sanae Serghini,

Thank you for writing back and for the interest in renting the flat.

As I've already wrote you, I am looking for a long term rent(min. 1 year). About the flat, I can say it is a nice fully furnished flat in a nice area. Nevertheless, there is a storehouse in the basement where you could store my furniture if you have your own and want to bring it.

The rent of 400,- includes the water, TV licence & WIFI bills. The costs for electricity & heating are paid separately by yourself, according to your monthly consumption. These 2 bills altogether won't exceed 50-100,- per month, therefore the final rent will be 500,- max. (during winter time). The first payment would be 1.600,-(2 months of rent + 2 months as security deposit-'kaution'). Obviously the security deposit will be returned to you once the contract will be finished. Anmeldung/Wohnsitz is possible, as I am the landlord.

My name is Lars Lennart Fjeldstrøm and I am 61 years old. I am from Sweden(Gamlestad) near Göteborg. I am still working as a financial consultant in Göteborg. A couple of years ago I've bought the flat thinking that my daughter will study university in Germany in the future. Finally she decided to study in Canada. I've rented the flat for the last 2 years to a young nice german couple. They took care of the apartament very well but they had to move suddenly to another part of Germany. I am looking for the same type of tenants, who can take care of the flat.

I don't have anyone to show you the flat but if you are decided to rent it, I can come personally to Germany. We will meet eachother and if you agree we can sign the rental contract and you can move in immediately.

I will wait for your message!

Greetings,

Lars Lennart Fjeldstrøm

Hello,

Thank you for your email. I am interested in renting the appartment. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

My name is Sanae Serghini. I will be doing a 7month internship at Unicredit in Munich. I'm a finance student in France. I have a sponsor, my uncle, who lives in Germany who can guarantee my application. I would like to visit the appartment at your early convenience, and then I can make the payement for the reservation.

Thank you very much.

Kind regards,

Sanae

Hallo,
