To take a selfie today here in Grândola, Portugal - with the strong sunshine straight in to my eyes - was not easy, but after something like a million attempts I finally succeeded.

First pics looks a bit funny - very much like a clown.

But if I remove the worst pics, you have nothing to laught at - and a good  laugh prolonges not only your mouth, but even your life!
